Monave silica is a semi-translucent natural white pigment that helps absorb oil and create a matte consistency. This ingredient should only be used in products for oily skin as it can be drying for other skin types. It is an excellent base mixed 50/5o with Monave serecite to craft a matte setting powder, especially helpful in front of cameras with flash, such as at weddings or other special events. It can be added to natural foundations for oily skin at low percentages to help create a matte look on the skin.
